Background
For my thesis project during my Post-Grad course in Design Thinking, I was part of a team that worked as Innovation and Strategy consultants for the European branch of Oceana, an NGO focused on ocean and wildlife preservation. For six months we developed strategies and potential solutions for their goal of increasing their campaign’s exposure on social media. We did this through various phases of research, interviews, prototyping sessions with users and collaborations with our client.
Research Process
This project was based on design thinking methodology, which we followed throughout every phase as we tried to come up with a set of solutions for our client. We began to research, conduct interviews with potential donors, and develop co-creation workshops in order to truly understand the consumer, and what they needed out of Oceana's brand, which was trying to now advertise to a younger audience.
Final Book
Our final deliverable to the client was a book outlining all of our research and process, for which I contributed most of the copywriting and some final inputs on the design.
